Walnut Rocker: laminated and solid walnut
The flowing, organic curves and innovative joinery combine to make a supremely comfortable and strikingly beautiful chair.
988 Chair: Stainless steel oval-head screws and stained mahogany
This chair is a study in contrasts between a virtual and a real surface, implied discomfort and actual comfort, and hard steel and warm wood.
Cantata Chairs: shown in walnut and mahogany
Spider Handkerchief Table: Bird's-Eye Maple veneer, Solid Maple, and Purpleheart
The Spider Table looks like it might skitter across the floor when you're not looking. It is based on a traditional handkerchief table - named for the diagonal fold of the table top - but with an entirely new design vocabulary.
Slat-Back Chairs: mahogany
Dramatic, versatile, and also very comfortable.
Tracy Bed: mahogany veneer and solids, with poplar slats for the mattress foundation
Windsor Bed: laminated and solid cherry, with poplar slats for the mattress foundation
One of Miller's earliest designs, and one of his most popular over the years.
